Commitment Period

Lease
The typical lease term is sixty months or 5 years. This can be changed, however, to better suit the particular needs of a client as well as factors and circumstances surrounding the sign’s relevance to the business. (i.e. some businesses may require more frequent than usual updating or a sign’s form or structure.)

Purchase
You own it and it is a commitment for as long as the sign is appropriate to your business. This could be indefinite or very short-term, dependent on how your business evolves.
