National Neon’s lease rental rate always includes the full cost of normal maintenance. The amount of maintenance required is based on data and statistics culled from over 50 years of servicing leased signs representing in excess of 500 contracts to date. In short, it is experienced-based.

On Purchase Agreements
When you purchase a sign, the maintenance becomes your responsibility after the warranty period expires. As mentioned earlier, check that labour and materials are covered in the warranty. If you own one or even a few signs, your experience with regards to maintenance will depend heavily on the quality of the signs to begin with, varying randomly as to amount and timing. You may luck out or could end up with a sign that, for whatever reason, needs more than average servicing. One way to get a handle on the service requirements is to price out a maintenance contract on your sign(s). This service cost should be added to the cost of purchasing when comparing to the lease option.
