Quality Issues

The quality of a sign fixture can be measured in a number of ways—by the type of materials used, the method of assembly, the way the finished product was installed on-site. All these contribute to a sign’s durability against the elements and how long it can sustain its look and polish before needing refurbishment.

But unless you have a background in electro-mechanical and civil works, many of these factors will be far too technical for a layman to understand and appreciate. Enter the Canadian Standards Association or CSA. National Neon has been CSA-certified since 1958—which means it has, year after year, passed strict quality standards inspection and has maintained its certification for nearly five decades. We also make sure every piece that leaves our factory is stamped with the CSA certification logo—our way of guaranteeing the quality of the craftsmanship.

National Neon is also proud of the fact that we fabricate every piece that goes into our fixtures and appliances right in our Lethbridge plant. By eliminating sub-contracting, we can be absolutely sure of the quality that goes into every component.

Whether a sign is for lease or for sale should really have no bearing whatsoever on the quality of the product. Because of the meticulous attention we put in the refurbishing process, our clients have grown to expect the same quality from newly assembled fixtures as with our pre-owned offerings.
